Welcome to Firstry Packers and Movers. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by Firstry Packers and Movers. 1.2 By hiring our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services Offered

2.1 Firstry Packers and Movers provides packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, and unpacking services. 2.2 All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Cancellation

3.1 Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to confirmation by Firstry Packers and Movers. 3.2 Cancellation of services must be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 4.2 We accept payment through cash, bank transfer, or any other method agreed upon during the booking process. 4.3 In the event of non-payment or late payment, Firstry Packers and Movers reserves the right to withhold services or charge interest on overdue amounts.

5. Customer Obligations

5.1 The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly packed and secured unless Firstry Packers and Movers is hired to provide packing services. 5.2 The customer must disclose any items of high value, fragility, or hazardous nature prior to the commencement of services. 5.3 The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the moving process.

6. Liability

6.1 Firstry Packers and Movers will take all reasonable steps to protect your goods during the moving process. 6.2 However, Firstry Packers and Movers will not be liable for: a) Loss or damage to goods that are not properly packed by the customer. b) Loss or damage to fragile items unless packed and unpacked by Firstry Packers and Movers. c) Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or legal restrictions. 6.3 Firstry Packers and Movers’ liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the declared value of the items or the amount covered by our insurance policy, whichever is lower.

7. Insurance

7.1 Firstry Packers and Movers offers basic insurance coverage for goods in transit. Additional insurance coverage can be arranged upon request at the customer’s expense. 7.2 The customer is advised to obtain additional insurance coverage if the declared value of the goods exceeds the basic coverage provided.

8. Claims

8.1 Any claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing to Firstry Packers and Movers within 24 hours of the completion of the service. 8.2 Firstry Packers and Movers will investigate all claims and make every effort to resolve them promptly.

9. Termination

9.1 Firstry Packers and Movers reserves the right to terminate any service without notice if the customer is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions. 9.2 The customer may terminate the contract at any time, subject to cancellation fees as outlined in section 3.2.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. 10.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
